Terms & Conditions:
Returns and cancellations are applicable only on direct purchases made through us and are not valid for third-party sales.
We do not offer refunds. Returns are eligible only for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for return or cancellation, the product must be:
Reported within 24 hours of delivery/placing the order by emailing info@toplineharvests.com or messaging 9144401109 on WhatsApp.
Returned within 5 days of delivery.
In its original, unused, unsealed, and undamaged condition, along with original packaging.
Return/cancellation will be accepted only if:
You received the wrong product. The package arrived damaged, with unboxing video proof provided. Goods must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible.
Exchanges or store credits are processed only if the return terms are met.
Store credit is valid for 1 months from the date of issue.
All return conditions apply equally to exchanges.
