Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Terra Tea is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Terra Tea will replace or refund products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact us immediately with supporting information. Save all packaging and damaged items for any claim process.
